PepsiCo Inc. in the Basque region seeks an Regional IWS Trainer to drive deployment of IWS, TPM and Lean across multiple plants. You will coach sites, build capability, and sustain zero-loss thinking while aligning with general IWS steering and regional leadership.

You will deliver classroom and hands-on training, map capability, mentor site managers, and track KPIs like OEE and MTBF. Willingness to travel within the region is required.
