Задачи

- End-to-end recruitment process, participating in the design of the best talent acquisition strategy.
- Onboarding of newly hired candidates.
- Participate in fairs and events to attract future talent.
- Support for P&T.;

Требования

- Candidates with at least 3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist in the ICT sector.
- Candidates with experience searching for talent through social media and job portals.
- Candidates who are resourceful and able to work under pressure.
- Proactivity, dynamism, and the ability to work in multitasking environments.




- At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (Systems, Fullstack Developer, Business Intelligence, Cloud, BPA, ERP/CRM, Cybersecurity...).
- Follow-up interviews and onboarding.
- Availability to work in Barcelona city two days a week (near Sants Station).
