Key ResponsibilitiesAcquisition & Outreach:Identify potential co-hosts in strategic locations using multi-channel outreach (phone and email).Consultative Selling:Deliver tailored pitches to educate prospects on the program’s value, guiding them through the sign-up and onboarding journey.Network Growth:Assess and support pairings between local hosts and co-hosts based on specific property needs.Pipeline Management:Use Salesforce and internal tools to track leads, manage workflows, and consistently meet outreach and engagement KPIs.Collaboration:Act as the "Voice of the Customer" to provide feedback for product improvements and work closely with territory sales teams to refine best practices.QualificationsLanguage Skills:C2 level ofGermanand proficiency inEnglish .Education:BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.Communication:Outstanding verbal, written, and phone communication skills with a talent for building rapport.Drive:A proven record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Soft Skills:Strong organizational abilities, critical thinking,
