About the RoleOur client, a boutique recruitment consultancy based in León, Guanajuato , is seeking a flexible and results-oriented Personnel Selection Consultant . This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work on a contract basis, providing expert recruitment services to a variety of clients. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates. This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong relationships, source effectively, and deliver high-quality results independently. It's an ideal opportunity for experienced recruiters looking for project-based work with the flexibility of a remote setup. You will be a key partner to our clients, helping them build strong teams by finding the right talent.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned job openings.Source candidates using various online platforms, databases, and networking strategies.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.Present shortlisted candidates to clients,
