Experteer Overview
As Net Ops Engineer in G+D Mobile Security, you will operate and support mobile core and IP networks to ensure uptime and performance. You’ll work with the Network Operations team on deployments, incident handling, and cross‑functional collaboration to enable secure telecom services for customers. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, document activities, and drive service improvements. This role offers global collaboration and hands‑on impact in a security‑critical network pensaciones / Ventajas
• Operate and maintain IP and mobile packet core networks
• Manage incidents, service requests, changes and problems
• Support customer projects, deployments, and network integration
• Conduct troubleshooting and escalate to Ru0026 D when required
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure SLA compliance
• Collaborate with NOC and cross-functional teams globally
• Support reporting, monitoring, and service improvement effortsResponsabilidades
• Formal telecoms/electronic or IP Network qualifications or equivalent experience
• Solid hands-on experience with IP networks, VLANs and routing fundamentals
• High level of English
