Descripción IT Operations Ensure the availability and stability of plant IT services. Lead day-to-day IT operations, coordinating internal teams and external partners. Oversee service quality, SLA performance, and incident management. SAP & Corporate Services Coordinate SAP RUN operations. Manage SAP support providers and monitor operational KPIs. Support the resolution of critical incidents. Vendor Management Oversee service delivery, contracts, and continuous improvement plans. Evaluate technology partners and manage operational budgets within approved limits. Incident & Business Management Lead the response to operational incidents and crisis situations. Act as the main IT point of contact for plant management. Translate business needs into effective operational actions. Leadership Manage priorities, resources, and service coverage.
