You will own the full B2 B sales cycle for the Austrian market from prospecting to close, driving growth for a fast-growing Barcelona-based partner. You’ll help expand market presence through strategic outreach and tailored solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to hit revenue and partner-success goals. The role offers strong earning potential via fixed salary plus uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses in an international, growth-focused environment. Identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline in Austria

Conduct consultative selling to uncover pain points and present tailored solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
Develop existing accounts in partnership with Customer Success to drive long-term value
Increase revenue and ensure sustained success in client partnerships Requisitos principales

Proactive personality with strong work ethic and determination
Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments
