Overview
In this role you will shape Lidl Plus' Design System and help scale reusable components for i OS, Android and Web. You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate design decisions into accessible, cross‑platform experiences and governance. You will audit adoption, lead design reviews, and guide teams to meet user needs and business goals. Design, document, maintain, scale and release design system libraries
Research and validate design decisions with stakeholders
Audit component adoption to ensure quality and consistency
Collaborate closely with engineers to align design and implementation
Define reusable components meeting the definition of done




Develop and manage the system collaboratively based on product needs
Lead meetings to explain solutions and secure agreements with the technical team Requisitos principales
Advanced experience with Figma
Professional fluency in English
Proactive, autonomous, organized and analytical
Experience with component libraries and design files
Minimum 5 years designing for digital software or mobile apps
Knowledge of i OS and Android platforms and best practices
Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across platforms
Experience with social or consumer-facing products across desktop and mobile
Strong verbal and written communication for leading meetings and giving feedback
Senior profile with ability to generate ideas and materialize them into solutions Effective communication
