We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal team and take ownership of international gaming regulation, corporate and commercial matters. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you'll act as a trusted adviser to senior management and cross-functional teams, balancing regulatory requirements with commercial objectives in a fast-growing, multi-jurisdictional environment.ResponsibilitiesInternational Gaming Regulation Provide expert legal advice on gambling and i Gaming regulation across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on B2 B gaming operationsAssess regulatory requirements and legal risks linked to new market entryManage gaming licensing applications, renewals and ongoing regulatory obligationsMonitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on Alea's operations and strategyLiaise with gaming regulators, external legal advisers and relevant authoritiesAdvise internal teams on the regulatory implications of commercial agreements, integrations and business initiatives Corporate & Commercial Support corporate governance, group structures, intercompany arrangements and international corporate mattersDraft, review and negotiate complex B2 B agreements with game providers, operators and strategic partnersSupport corporate transactions, entity incorporations,



restructurings and other corporate projectsIdentify legal risks and provide commercially practical recommendationsCoordinate with external counsel across jurisdictions Business Partnership Act as a trusted legal adviser to senior management and cross-functional teamsIndependently manage complex legal matters from initial assessment through to implementationSupport the Head of Legal in building a strong, efficient and proactive legal function Requirements Qualified lawyer with 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally including substantial in-house experience in i GamingDemonstrable experience in gambling regulation across multiple jurisdictionsHands-on experience with gaming licensing, regulatory assessments and market entry requirementsSolid corporate and commercial law background, including complex international B2 B agreementsExperience working with gaming regulators and external legal advisersAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities and make sound legal recommendationsExcellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skillsFluent professional English, written and spoken Nice to have Previous experience in a B2 B i Gaming supplier, casino game aggregator or gaming technology providerFamiliarity with Malta, UK, Spain, Brazil and other regulated gaming marketsExperience with international corporate structures and cross-border transactionsExperience in fast-growing international tech businesses #J-18808-Ljbffr
