Orbotix is recruiting a Financial Controller in Brasov or Valencia, Romania. Contract: full time (hybrid). Degree level: Bachelor's (Finance/Accounting/Business). Language: English (professional). Work experience: Proven controller experience.

The role covers strengthen the Finance team across Orbotix's operations in Romania and Spain, collaborating with Poland and Ukraine:

prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports

own month-end close and variance analysis

lead budgeting and quarterly reforecasts

ensure IFRS and local GAAP and tax compliance

maintain internal controls

coordinate external audits

monitor cash flow and treasury workflows

and support the CFO with analysis and dashboards

Can be based in Brasov or Valencia.

Requirements

Bachelor's in finance,



accounting or business

proven experience as a financial controller or similar, ideally in a startup or technology company

strong accounting, control and reporting knowledge with IFRS preferred

budgeting and forecasting

advanced Excel or Google Sheets

professional English

Audit involvement, Romanian or Spanish regulations and defence or robotics experience are nice to have
