Experteer Overview In this hybrid Barcelona role, you lead vendor management for clinical trials, ensuring timely, compliant study outcomes through global vendor strategies. You act as the study-level vendor lead within the Clinical Trial Team, coordinating with cross-functional partners to translate protocols into vendor needs and protect study timelines and quality. End-to-end oversight of vendor deliverables across major categories -

Translate protocol requirements into vendor specifications and SOWs during start-up -

Oversee vendor financials: forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, purchase orders -

Ensure key vendor deliverables and documentation for study start-up -

Lead UAT activities for vendor systems (e COA, IRT) and contribute to system validation -

Drive site activation from a vendor perspective and manage lifecycle risks -





Manage vendor performance against KPIs and implement corrective actionsResponsabilidades -

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent;

advanced degree preferred -

Minimum 3 years’ clinical operations experience with vendor oversight -

Strong knowledge of Gx P and ICH regulations -

Proficiency in vendor management, contracting, and site collaborations -

Experience with UAT for e COA and IRT systems -

Results-driven with track record of on-time project delivery -

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills -

Strong networking, collaboration, and decision-making abilities -
