OverviewIn this HRBP role you will partner with managers and leaders to translate business needs into people initiatives across Kolsquare and its partner hello Cash. You will lead change management for a key integration project (Kolsquare–Storyclash) while building foundational HR processes like performance management and succession planning. You’ll support employee relations, engagement, and data-driven decision making across a multi-entity European group.
