Experteer Overview In this role you drive integral medical excellence and operational execution for the Derma franchise within Almirall GMA. You will align priorities, co-create medical strategies, and enable high-performing in-field and cross-country teams. You will lead digital transformation and ensure quality, compliance, and impact across markets. Manage deliverables within budget and compliant with quality processes and external requirements -

Identify and share best practices to ensure process consistency and cross-country alignment -

Define and track meaningful metrics for decision-making and reporting -

Optimize adoption of medical CRM tools and dashboards -

Provide strategic and operational support for internal events and congresses -

Continuously optimize GMA procedures and ways of working through training -

Develop and strengthen the GMA community and collaborate across functions and countriesResponsabilidades -

Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or in a life sciences discipline -

5+ years in Medical Affairs, Medical Excellence, or MSL management -

Prior management experience preferred -
