OverviewIn this role you will oversee general payroll delivery and client satisfaction, acting as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end payroll processes run smoothly and on schedule. You will identify process improvements and advise clients on best practices to boost efficiency. The position emphasizes strong communication, relationship management, and a proactive mindset to meet SLAs and deliver accurate payroll reports.
