OverviewIn this role you will lead CRM and email campaigns for the EMEA region from Barcelona, delivering BAU and promotional emails across 15+ markets and languages. You will own audience segmentation, build and test campaigns, and ensure quality across multiple stakeholders. You will contribute to a scalable multilingual content library and leverage AI tools to optimise content.
