OverviewIn this role you lead the global VIP Regulatory Operations, ensuring compliant and efficient handling of customer disputes, data privacy matters, and regulatory escalations. You will coach a team of three leads and drive AI-driven process improvements to reduce risk and protect the brand. You’ll coordinate with Legal, External Affairs and regulators, while reporting performance metrics to the Head of VIP Communications. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on risk management in a fast-paced travel platform.
