OverviewAs the BA/Architect Lead in the Intelligent Operations FS program, you bridge business and technology to translate banking operations into implementable designs. You own end-to-end requirements and guide architecture within a multi-shore delivery model that blends client-facing governance with offshore execution. You’ll influence cross-workstream decisions on data flows, platforms, and process design, ensuring quality gates and UAT sign-off.
