Founded in 1966, Eurofred is a multinational company and a leading distributor of comprehensive climate control solutions.Задачи:Drive the evolution of the company's B2B and B2C digital ecosystem, connecting business needs with technological capabilities and ensuring integrated solutions aligned with a global view of internal and external processes. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs, transforming them into clear functional requirements for technology partners. Coordinate end-to-end tracking of digital projects (from definition through to production launch), connecting business, IT, and external providers. Analyze and validate functional/technical proposals, ensuring control of scope, planning, quality, dependencies, and budgets. Promote the standardization and scalability of the digital ecosystem,
