We are looking for an MDM Operations Lead to support the day-to-day operations and delivery of Master Data Management across domains and integral regions for Alexion. This is a delivery-oversight and stakeholder-facing role, not a pure development role. You will connect business and technical teams, keep an eye on the strategic picture, and make sure MDM deployments land on time.
Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day MDM operations and delivery across multiple data domains and global regions
- Monitor delivery progress and the performance of the delivery team (developers, testers, and support staff)
- Help ensure deployments and releases are delivered on schedule
- Translate business requirements into clear technical work for the delivery team
- Explain technical issues, developments, and outcomes to business stakeholders and the MDM Lead in plain language
- Manage detailed delivery items without losing sight of the broader MDM strategy and major programs
- Partner with the MDM Lead on strategy and programme-level planning
Required Skills and Experience
