* Managing the Order to Cash process for customers.
* Handling customer orders (entry, validation, and follow-up).
* Monitoring product availability and coordinating with Logistics.
* Managing administrative and logistical incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
* Overseeing invoicing processes and credit notes.
* Monitoring collections and ensuring compliance with payment terms.
* Ensuring service quality while building strong and long-lasting customer relationships. Who we look for
* A university degree or vocational qualification.




* Some previous work experience (internship or first job), regardless of the field.
* Native or advanced level of German, and advanced English.
* Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
* Tech-savvy mindset and interest in AI and digital tools.
* Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability.
* Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
