At Progressive Engineering, we are currently looking for a Site Construction Manager / Site Coordinator to join a leading company involved in cutting-edge data center and critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring successful project delivery from material reception through to final handover.
* Act as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, suppliers, and all project stakeholders.
* Coordinate daily site operations, resources, schedules, and technical teams across multiple workstreams.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, propose mitigation actions, and support decision-making alongside the Project Manager and Technical Manager.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and promote a strong safety culture on site.
* Oversee quality, timelines, logistics, and construction milestones to guarantee successful project execution. Required Experience
* Degree or Higher Technical Qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Experience managing and coordinating construction projects within industrial,



electrical, infrastructure, or data center environments.
* Knowledge of MV & LV electrical distribution systems.
* Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
* Valuable experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Data Centers, HVAC, cabling, containment systems, racks, communications, and space management.
* Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong Health & Safety mindset and commitment to safe site operations.
* English (minimum B2 level) with strong written and verbal technical communication skills.
* Native Portuguese speaker. Conditions

Location:
