Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager (AdTech) based in Spain. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and development of advertising channel integrations for an innovative healthcare advertising technology platform. You will help connect pharmaceutical brands with healthcare professionals through advanced targeting, campaign automation, and data-driven advertising solutions. Working across major digital advertising platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, you will drive the development of reliable, scalable integrations that improve campaign performance and data accuracy. In a fully remote, AI-driven environment, you will have significant autonomy to shape priorities, improve workflows, and introduce new capabilities. Lead the development, launch, and continuous improvement of integrations with major advertising platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant digital channels.
- Improve campaign management workflows, data synchronization, audience targeting, performance tracking, and integration scalability to deliver reliable advertising experiences.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria,



and actionable development priorities.
- Prioritize the product backlog, coordinate sprint planning, maintain product documentation, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Monitor developments across the digital advertising ecosystem, assess platform capabilities and limitations, identify emerging opportunities, and recommend product enhancements.
- Integrate AI tools into research, documentation, analysis, and product development processes to increase efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and improve decision-making.
- Work closely with company leadership, technical teams, and relevant stakeholders to align product priorities with commercial objectives and technical feasibility.
- Evaluate integration performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement improvements that enhance reliability, data quality, and campaign effectiveness.
