You will drive strategic initiatives, define data models, dashboards, and KPIs while ensuring governance, security, and architectural standards across a complex ServiceNow landscape. With a strong background in APM, SOPM, SACM and enterprise IT, you will work with stakeholders and DevOps teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
