Purpose:

Lead business transformation and process readiness ensuring template adherence and standardized adoption.

Mission:

Align with core processes and drive data readiness to cutover/go-live; secure local adoption and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure site pre-requisites incl. legal/statutory specifics.
- Lead Fit-to-Template and capture gaps/config needs.
- Coordinate with Schneider Digital.
- Drive data mapping, quality & cleansing.
- Define test scope & scenarios and support testing.
- Escalate improvements to GBPOs.
- Support go-live & hypercare.
