Click&Boat; is looking for a Team Lead US to relaunch and develop the US market from our Barcelona office. You’ll build a high-quality fleet, recruit and manage a growing team, and establish scalable acquisition and account management processes to drive bookings and revenue.
You will work 11:00–20:00 Barcelona time to align with US business hours, reporting to the VP Supply. The role offers hybrid work and strong growth potential in a fast-moving marketplace.
