- Develop technical skills in systems, networking, programming, and cybersecurity.
- Technical Support Handle incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Project Participation Support IT projects under supervision.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Assist in operational project tasks.
- IT Operations Perform basic user and system administration tasks.




- Support IT infrastructure and systems.
- Follow IT security and compliance best practices.
- Qualifications- Essential Studies in IT or related field.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Interest in technical support and infrastructure.
- Interest in cybersecurity.
