Our client are an IT consultancy with offices in Malaga and Madrid and operating on a general scale. They are looking to hire a technically credible Services Infrastructure Manager who will implement the operating model and technical strategy agreed by the SLT covering Database and application services. This will include databases, automation tooling, identity, service-management platforms and internal tools.
The databases. PostgreSQL, MySQL and SQL Server. Availability, performance, security, recovery. All of it.
Mattermost, Confluence, Jira, Keycloak, Password Manager Professional and HaloPSA. Ansible and Terraform at the centre. When it breaks, you lead the technical response. Then you make sure it doesn't break the same way twice.




Work with InfoSec to keep it locked down and audit-ready.
Lifecycle, capacity, vendors, budget. The Successful Services Infrastructure Manager will have:
Significant experience managing enterprise database and application environments
Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL and SQL Server, including resilience, performance and disaster recovery
Hands-on automation experience with Ansible and/or Terraform
Experience with ITSM platforms and ITIL-style Incident, Problem and Change processes
Strong grasp of application and database security
