We are keen to speak with experienced Functional Business Analysts who can help us re-shape the way our sales and customer-facing teams operate. Reporting into the Head of Group Sales Operations & Sales Excellence, you'll act as the critical link between Sales and Commercial stakeholders, process owners, product owners, IT teams and delivery partners. Working autonomously, your focus will be translating commercial priorities into practical business designs, scalable processes, and clear functional requirements. Working at the heart of a major transformation programme, you’ll be delivering far more than your traditional Business Analyst.
What you’ll be doing:Leading workshops and discovery sessions with Sales and other customer facing business functionsGathering, challenging, and refining requirements to identify true business needs whilst also confidently influencing senior stakeholdersDesigning process maps, operating models and management routinesTranslating requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specificationsSupporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and HubSpot initiativesDefining workflows, automation, permissions, reporting and integration requirementsEnabling data migration activities by defining business objects,



field mappings and validation requirementsLeading UAT activities, ensuring business readiness and successful adoptionDeveloping KPI frameworks, dashboards and performance measurement requirementsCreating practical tools, templates and guidance that improve commercial effectivenessPartnering with stakeholders across countries to pilot, refine and implement new ways of working.
What you’lll bring:Qualified to degree level in related subject or equivalent professional experienceFluent in English and either French, German, or SpanishApplied experience of Functional Business Analysis, Functional Consultancy, Sales Operations or Commercial transformationProven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user storiesExperience of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service CloudUnderstanding of CRM data models, workflows, reporting, and ERP integrationsProven expertise in process mapping, workflow design, and business analysisPrevious experience in supporting UAT, business readiness, or large-scale change initiativesThe Challenge:This role isn’t for someone looking for a highly mature and established organisation.
