A vacancy for Production Control for A400M MRO Network has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Sevilla. The successful applicant will join TASOS33 MAESE Resident Team department. This position is based full-time in Maestranza Aérea de Sevillia Military Base (Seville-Spain), and as such you must be available to work full time onsite at this location.
Accountabilities:Anticipate means&tooling; needs before each eventLaunch material requests for all In Service events performed by the A400M MRO Network at MAESEFollow up and drumbeat material availabilityAnticipate and resolve any Custom clearance issuesEnsure the right visibility of current and future events is provided to internal and external usersDaily planning update with all information needed per eventStablish and secure internal means, including tooling calibration, shipments control, etcPrepare and manage minimum stock of itemsControl Consumables life limitKPIs control and reportingMain activities:Master planning and daily meetings. Monitoring of the preparation status for each event in regard to material availabilityEnsure the right back up is provided through external support when needed (holidays, workload peaks, etc)Means and tooling clear inventory and availability per eventContribute to right management of means and material for every event (including possible Schedule events -C checks-, Retrofits, etc)Clear Requested Delivery Date (RDD) and Expected Delivery Date (EDD) per eventRequired
