This position involves a hybrid work model, combining essential on‑site management with strategic planning and reporting from a remote setting, offering a balance between hands‑on leadership and flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all day‑to‑day operations of the retail store, ensuring efficient and profitable business activities.

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates and assistant managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market share.

- Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock control, to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability.

- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.

- Recruit, onboard, and develop talent within the store team.

- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Requirements
