About the Role: We are looking for a SEM Lead or Senior SEM Expert to lead and scale our paid search strategy across our portfolio of apps.
This is not a campaign management role.
This is a technical, strategic, and revenue-driven position where Google Ads Search is the absolute core of the function.
You will be the reference person for Search inside the company, owning:



Campaign architecture Budget allocation Profitability logic Scaling frameworks Signal quality & algorithm performance Your mission is simple: maximize revenue and efficiency from Google Search while building scalable and technically robust acquisition systems.
About You: Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related fields.
Technical background in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or similar quantitative disciplines is highly valued.
Strong analytical foundation with the ability to build dashboards, scripts, and data queries independently.
Technical expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads Search (must-have).
Strong knowledge of campaign architecture, keyword intent segmentation, match types, search term mining, and negative keyword frameworks.
