Marketing Director
to lead general marketing for Falcon MLR, our agentic MLR solution. Partnering closely with marketing, strategy, and product management, you will develop the positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategy for Falcon MLR. You will also execute global marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and engagement with existing customers and target accounts.
You will ensure seamless territory alignment and make a measurable impact across demand generation, events, communications, and digital marketing in a fast-paced, innovative environment.




Develop and drive global marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for Falcon MLR, aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives and market opportunities
Own the integrated marketing strategy, partnering closely with cross-functional teams on key objectives and campaign themes
Develop compelling marketing content—including customer stories, presentations, web content, videos, webinars, and sales tools—to support every stage of the customer journey
Partner with Product Management and Strategy to build differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions that speak directly to key target buyers and influencers
Represent the voice of the customer by bringing market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into product and marketing strategies
Identify and act on opportunities to improve programs and ABM effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Enablement, Strategy, and Marketing teams to ensure optimal orchestration and execution of global marketing programs
