Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end‐to‐end payroll processing and all payroll-related tasks across several countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
* Manage benefits enrolment, changes, and employee inquiries
* Coordinate other employee lifecycle processes and HR admin operations
* Respond to employee questions about policies, pay, benefits, and HR procedures
* Partner with internal HR teams, Finance, Tax, external providers and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regional regulations.
* Support internal audits and documentation requirements
* Identify inefficiencies and proposes improvements to HR workflowsQualifications**
* Proven experience in multi‐country payroll and benefits administration.
* Strong understanding of labour legislation, Social Security procedures, and payroll management.
* Fluency in English
* Advanced Excel skills.*
