to manage critical aid programs from a remote setting.
This role is essential for overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of humanitarian projects aimed at alleviating suffering and providing essential support in crisis-affected regions.
The idóneo candidate possesses strong project management skills, a deep understanding of humanitarian principles, and the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
This is a fully remote position, requiring strong digital communication and coordination capabilities to support operations across various challenging contexts.
Oversee the full project cycle of humanitarian initiatives, including needs assessment, design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial controls.
Lead and support field-based project teams, providing guidance and remote supervision.
Coordinate with local authorities, UN agencies, NGOs, and other partners to ensure effective program delivery and synergy.
Ensure that all projects are implemented in accordance with humanitarian principles, international standards, and organizational policies.




Develop and submit timely and accurate project reports to donors and senior management.
Identify potential risks and challenges related to project implementation and develop mitigation strategies.
Contribute to proposal development and fundraising efforts for new humanitarian projects.
Organize and facilitate remote coordination meetings and stakeholder consultations.
Master's degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Humanitarian Action, Public Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing complex humanitarian projects in conflict-affected or disaster-prone areas.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, financial oversight, and reporting.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in remote team coordination.
Proficiency in project management software and digital collaboration tools.
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
