Business Development Director, Europe (adaptable location), Contract Catering & Facilities Management, up to €200k + packageWe are working on a BRILLIANT, strategic Business Development Director role.
We are looking for a senior business developer with energy, drive and the ability to build and motivate a large (sometimes indirect) group of salespeople.
Our client is a global service provider business who has wide and varied operations and a variety of service offers ranging across Contract Catering and Facilities Management.
You will have extensive experience with all elements of the bid & tender process and a keen understanding of how to build those key client relationships.
You will have experience and a genuine passion for Contract Catering and/or facilities Management, this is an absolute must for the right candidate.
You will come from a business development background within Contract Catering and/or Facilities Management, with experience of large tenders.
Must work well under pressure, be extremely organised and willing to go the extra mile.
Polished and well presented.
Excellent understanding of all Sales processes including tender and bid writing.
