In this position, you will play an active role in enhancing the everyday well-being and autonomy of adults with intellectual disabilities, providing attentive care in a professional, collaborative environment right in the heart of eastern Mallorca.

Your core duties and day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Supporting adults with intellectual disabilities through physical, socio-sanitary, and psychosocial interventions.
- Implementing therapeutic and care strategies determined by the multidisciplinary team.
- Carrying out appropriate daily procedures designed to maintain and foster personal independence.
- Encouraging positive social interaction and fostering healthy relationships with the wider community.
- Monitoring individual progress and actively documenting relevant care observations within the team.

To succeed in this role, you should fulfill the following criteria:

- An intermediate vocational training degree (Cicle formatiu de grau mitjà) in socio-sanitary care, social integration,



or related accredited fields.
- Catalan language proficiency at minimum level B1.
- A valid driving licence (class B), with having your own vehicle being considered a plus.
- Basic computer literacy at user level to handle routine documentation.
- High empathy, interpersonal communication skills, and a reliable, patient approach to daily care work.

What you can expect from this position:

- A full-time position on a relief contract (contracte de relleu) starting on 10 November 2026.
- Initial contract duration of one month, with the possibility of extension.
- A gross annual salary between 21,910 € and 24,510 € for full-time work.
