• You organize ERP implementation projects and coordinate the required meetings.
• You ensure that the agreed project objectives are achieved and that the project scope, schedule, and budget are adhered to.
• You plan and organize regular steering committee meetings with the customer.
• You monitor project progress using the relevant DevOps tool.
• You plan the hours to be worked on the project.
• You validate the hours worked on the project. Where you make an impact
• You ensure that projects follow COSMO’s established methodology, which is based on Success by Design.
• You develop and support the project team.
• You prepare project status documentation and monitor it regularly.
• You resolve billing-related issues.

• You familiarize yourself with the DevOps tool used to monitor project progress.

• You independently manage specific areas of projects.
• You confidently facilitate workshops and coordinate collaboration among everyone involved.
• You create transparency and structure across complex topics. After 6 months: Develop and help shape the future
• You take ownership of projects in line with your level of experience, with increasing autonomy.
• You actively develop and improve ways of working and collaboration. What you bring to the role
• At least five years of experience managing ERP implementation projects
• Preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, or F&SCM;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Conflict-management and mediation skills
