At JV CODE LAB, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to take part in digital transformation projects in the insurance sector, collaborating with business and technology teams on process optimization, data, and artificial intelligence initiatives. You will be the link between business and technology, turning business needs into solutions that deliver real value.
Analyze and document functional and business requirements.
Take part in digital transformation, data, and AI initiatives.
Take part in functional and acceptance testing (UAT).
Solid experience as a Business Analyst, especially on digital transformation projects.
Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
C1 English is essential.
Previous experience in the insurance sector will be especially valued
Participation in technology transformation projects in the insurance sector.
Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week throughout the year.
