Orbotix is recruiting a Financial Controller in Brasov or Valencia, Romania. Contract: full time (hybrid). Degree level: Bachelor's (Finance/Accounting/Business). Language: English (professional). Work experience: Proven controller experience.

The role covers strengthen the Finance team across Orbotix's operations in Romania and Spain, collaborating with Poland and Ukraine:

- prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- own month-end close and variance analysis
- lead budgeting and quarterly reforecasts
- ensure IFRS and local GAAP and tax compliance
- maintain internal controls
- coordinate external audits
- monitor cash flow and treasury workflows
- and support the CFO with analysis and dashboards

Can be based in Brasov or Valencia.

Requirements

- Bachelor's in finance,



accounting or business
- proven experience as a financial controller or similar, ideally in a startup or technology company
- strong accounting, control and reporting knowledge with IFRS preferred
- budgeting and forecasting
- advanced Excel or Google Sheets
- professional English
- Audit involvement, Romanian or Spanish regulations and defence or robotics experience are nice to have
