Задачи

- Invoicing, collections, and payments: ensure every payment is invoiced, collected, and reconciled without anyone having to touch it
- Treasury: know how much cash we have today and how much we will have in 3 and 12 months
- Accounting, financial close, and administration
- Asset control: ensure every car in the fleet is properly recorded, depreciated, and reconciled
- Reporting to the group, management, and lenders
- NetSuite: get the most out of it and automate everything currently done by hand
- Redesign processes and build the team that will scale with us

Требования





- You have 5+ years of experience in finance and a solid foundation in accounting and financial close.
- You have been responsible for a close, not just participated in one.
- You have experienced a startup or scale-up and professionalized a Finance function during a period of rapid growth.
- You like bringing order to chaos.
- You look at a process that "more or less works" and see how it should work.
- You understand the business and can speak as an equal with Operations and Sales.
- You are obsessed with efficiency: if something is done by hand twice, you automate it.
- You are not for us if you are looking for an established department, perfect processes, and a close that runs itself.
