PM Growth Analytics – Data Scientist, Marketing Measurement & Insights

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join Growth Analytics in a hands‑on role focused on understanding the true value of Performance Marketing. You will combine experimentation, modelling, and business analysis to evaluate marketing effectiveness, explain performance, and translate findings into clear recommendations that guide investment decisions. This role sits at the intersection of measurement, analytics, and business decision-making. It is suited to someone with solid analytical foundations, strong commercial curiosity, and the ambition to grow into a Senior Data Scientist. You will take ownership of defined analytical projects, with support from experienced colleagues on more complex methodological and strategic questions,

and build increasing independence and influence. Your work will span incrementality testing, marketing mix modelling (MMM), and understanding why realised returns differ from predictions. You will work closely with buying teams, analysts, and technical partners to connect evidence across measurement approaches and help assess Performance Marketing alongside the wider marketing mix. A sister team focuses on model training infrastructure and production pipelines; your focus will be on analytical rigour, interpretation, and applying findings to business decisions.
