Nordex Group in Tajonar, Spain, is looking for a Blade Industrialization & New Product Introduction Engineer (m/f/d) to lead manufacturing process development for new blade projects, support prototyping, ramp-up and international roll-out with emphasis on safety, quality and operational excellence.
You will coordinate with Blade Engineering, QA, Tooling, R&D; and NPI teams, define BOMs and process docs, conduct trials, and drive improvements across development and production phases.
