Build a network across government and security agencies, develop partners and feed market intelligence back to product and engineering. Requirements:

5+ years of business development or enterprise sales to national security, defence or public safety institutions in Spain, ideally also Italy or Portugal. Track record executing go-to-market plans in multi-stakeholder environments, strong command of Spanish public procurement (tenders, frameworks, direct awards), and experience with proposals and contract negotiation.
