We are looking for a Quality Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Valencia, Spain .
This opportunity is aimed at experienced Quality professionals with a strong background in the automotive industry , combining technical quality expertise with team leadership and a strong customer and supplier orientation.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 6–10 employees
- Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
- Manage APQP and PPAP processes
- Coordinate supplier quality activities and audits
- Support customer quality requirements and expectations
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Monitor Quality KPIs and reporting
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Quality
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality tools
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Professional English
- Previous experience with Ford requirements, standards or customer‑specific quality processes is considered a strong advantage
