You'll be one of our first AI Strategists, building custom AI solutions from scratch for Smartcat 's largest strategic customers. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you do need real fluency with modern AI tools, fast experimentation, and a builder's instinct.



You'll engage senior executives to define where AI creates value, then build the agents and workflows that deliver it, and bring customer insights back to Product. Work with structured and unstructured customer data, including vector databases, MCP, and RAG, and build agents that combine semantic and keyword search across customer knowledge bases and content By Day 60: Join customer conversations with the account team to scope AI use cases and define success metrics Build and test a first custom AI solution or agent for a live customer opportunity Document the use case, approach, and expected business impact By Day 90: Own a customer engagement from scoping through delivery, with a working solution in the customer's hands Run enablement or training for the customer's team and support their adoption Bring customer feedback and reusable patterns back to Product and the wider team
