Proven controller experience. The role covers strengthen the Finance team across Orbotix's operations in Romania and Spain, collaborating with Poland and Ukraine:
* prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
* own month-end close and variance analysis
* lead budgeting and quarterly reforecasts
* ensure IFRS and local GAAP and tax compliance
* maintain internal controls
* coordinate external audits
* monitor cash flow and treasury workflows
* and support the CFO with analysis and dashboards Can be based in Brasov or Valencia. Requirements
* Bachelor's in finance,



accounting or business
* proven experience as a financial controller or similar, ideally in a startup or technology company
* strong accounting, control and reporting knowledge with IFRS preferred
* budgeting and forecasting
* advanced Excel or Google Sheets
* professional English
* Audit involvement, Romanian or Spanish regulations and defence or robotics experience are nice to have Offer
