What You'll Do
* Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
* Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and appropriateness
* Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or in violation of policy guidelines
* Write structured, detailed feedback on policy-related issues in clear, professional language
* Work across a diverse range of topics and content types
* Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are
* A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced content objectively




* Someone with a genuine interest in ethics, fairness, policy, or related topics
* A clear and precise written communicator
* Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation criteria
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
* No prior experience in AI, policy, or compliance required Nice to Have
* Background in philosophy, law, social sciences, journalism, or public policy
* Experience with content moderation, research, or quality evaluation
