Following a period of sustained growth, the organization is looking to strengthen its international commercial leadership team through the appointment of an International Sales Director. This role will play a key part in driving international business growth, expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the company's long-term integral expansion plans.

Job Description
* Define and execute the international sales strategy.
* Lead, coach and develop regional sales teams and distributor networks, promoting a high-performance commercial culture.
* Drive revenue growth across direct sales, channel partners and key accounts.
* Identify and capture new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, energy and construction sectors.
* Develop strategic relationships with engineering firms, contractors, distributors, consultants and end users.
* Manage commercial negotiations for major projects and framework agreements.
* Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory developments and customer requirements.
* Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering,



Product Management and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment between commercial and business objectives.
* Support market entry initiatives and potential expansion into new geographic regions.
* Deliver regular sales forecasts and business performance reporting to senior management. The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in senior international sales leadership roles within fire protection, building safety, industrial safety systems, HVAC, technical engineering products or related sectors.
* Strong track record managing international sales teams, distributors and channel partners.
* Demonstrated success driving revenue growth across multiple countries and regions.
* Experience selling complex technical solutions and managing long sales cycles.
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including management of large-scale projects and key accounts.
* Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, both internally and externally.
* Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on approach to business development.
* Comfortable operating in international and multicultural environments.
* Fluent English is required; additional European languages would be highly advantageous.
