* Interface knowledge.
* Good knowledge of TAM activities.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
* Automation skills are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform standard TAM operations.
* Work on incidents, problems, changes and service requests (SR).
* Coordinate and align with clients.
* Carry out system health checks.
