You will lead the team through a shift from technical detail to consultative, business-outcome conversations. You will position Everpure as a strategic data partner to customers and partners across Spain and Portugal. Recruit, coach and retain a diverse team of Systems Engineers. Lead proactive customer reviews, adoption of Everpure Fusion, and conversations about Evergreen//One and new use cases (AI, cyber resilience, hybrid cloud,



modern virtualization). Bring customer and competitive insight to Product Management and Engineering. Experience with difficult conversations and performance management. Solid grounding in the data and infrastructure landscape. That includes virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud architectures and databases (Oracle, SQL). Business fluent in English and Spanish. Business fluency in Portuguese Experience with containers and Kubernetes, or cybersecurity Red Hat, Nutanix, Commvault, Kyndryl, Accenture, NTT Data) or large channel partners LOCATION We are primarily an in-office environment.
